  • For items that are ready to ship, MOQ is 6 pieces or pairs per item.
  • For custom orders (OEM), MOQ ranges from 50 to 300 pieces, depending on the materials and designs.
  • For personalized items, there is no MOQ. Please check the styles available in the Personalized Jewelry Section.

Shipping rates are updated every year by the courier companies. We ship using FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, EMS International Express, and other airlines.

Shipping costs vary between $15 and $58, based on the carrier and destination, and are calculated by weight, starting at 500g (this is roughly 30 basic name necklaces, including bubble wrap and a hard box). If you order fewer than 30 pieces, such as a single item, the shipping cost will be the same as for 30 pieces.

Items weighing less than 500g will be charged as if they weigh 500g, and items between 500g and 1kg will be charged at the 1kg rate, and so on.
