Design & CAD
We turn sketches, reference images, and ideas into production-ready 3D jewelry designs. Our CAD team creates detailed models for accurate sizing, proportions, stone placement, and sampling. 3D jewelry design is available within 24–48 hours for suitable projects.
Wax Modeling & Mold Making
Approved CAD designs are converted into wax models through 3D printing or skilled wax carving. For repeat production, we can create precision rubber molds to reproduce custom jewelry designs consistently.
Wax Tree Assembly
Individual wax models are attached to a central sprue to create a wax tree for investment casting. Proper positioning helps achieve efficient metal flow and consistent casting results.
Jewelry Casting
We use investment casting to reproduce detailed jewelry designs in materials such as 925 sterling silver, gold, and brass. After casting, each piece is separated and prepared for refining and finishing.
Refining & Polishing
After casting, excess material and surface imperfections are carefully removed. Each piece is refined and polished to achieve the required surface finish before stone setting or plating.
Stone Setting
Skilled setters securely position diamonds, gemstones, CZ, and moissanite according to the approved design. Depending on the product, techniques may include micro-setting, prong setting, and other precision stone-setting methods.
Plating & Surface Finishing
Jewelry can undergo gold plating and other surface-finishing treatments according to the material and design requirements. Plating specifications are checked against the approved sample to maintain a consistent appearance.
Quality Inspection
Every finished piece is inspected for dimensions, structure, surface finish, stone setting, plating, and overall appearance before packaging and shipment.
Assembly & Packaging
Finished jewelry is assembled according to the approved specifications and prepared for shipment. Custom packaging, labeling, and other private-label requirements can also be supported.
