Every Product Undergoes a Final Quality Check

Design/Structural Inspection
Comparision with original design sketch, size error should be within 5%, max tolerance within 1.5mm(except for special requirement)
All mechanic parts(clasps, lock, etc) should be the same as the confirmed CAD
Check the structure strength, make sure there’s no risk of cracking, misshaping, or gemstone falling.
All the gemstones and metal part should be identical with the design file, including cutting, shape, quantity, finishes, and the overall appearence. The colors of gemstones and metal should align with standard color chart.
